Policies

Thank you for considering Tuck’s Villa. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following policies apply to every approved booking:

  • No smoking is permitted inside the rental unit. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas such as the patio. Guests are kindly asked to keep patio doors closed while smoking and to dispose of all cigarette waste before check-out.

  • Access to community amenities (pool, jacuzzi, fitness centre, playground, and BBQ areas) is shared and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests agree to use these spaces respectfully and to follow posted community safety guidelines.

  • Community BBQ grills use open fire. Guests are required to supervise flames at all times and fully extinguish the fire after use.

  • Thermostat settings are pre-set seasonally for optimal system performance. Guests are encouraged to adjust the temperature when leaving the unit to support energy efficiency and indoor comfort.

  • The rental unit is privately owned. Condo office staff are unable to support inquiries related to this rental. All questions or concerns should be directed to the property manager listed in your booking confirmation.

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged in writing with management.

By submitting a rental request and/or confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the policies and rules listed above. Failure to comply with these policies may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation. A non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm your booking.
